- •Ranks applications by relevance to job criteria
- •Flags potential issues (incomplete profiles, missing requirements)
- •Suggests interview questions based on role
- •Generates skill recommendations
What Humans Decide
- Who gets interviewed

- Application rejections (employer chooses)
- All employment terms and conditions
Algorithmic Transparency
How Our Matching Algorithm Works
Our smart matching algorithm evaluates candidates and jobs based on weighted factors. Here's the breakdown:
Skills Match
Hard skills, certifications, technical proficiencies
Experience Level
Years of experience, seniority, previous roles
Education
Degrees, institutions, relevant coursework
Location & Remote Preference
Geographic proximity or remote work availability
Industry Fit
Previous industry experience and career trajectory
Availability & Timeline
Start date availability, commitment level
Note: Employers can adjust these weights in their job postings. For example, an entry-level role may reduce "Experience Level" to 10% and increase "Education" to 30%.
Factors We DO NOT Use
In compliance with anti-discrimination laws (EEOC, GDPR, CCPA), the following factors are never used in our algorithms:
