Under GDPR Article 22 and similar regulations, you have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.

DAKDAN Talent Guarantee: All high-stakes decisions (hiring, rejections, compensation) involve human review. AI serves as a recommendation tool, not a decision-maker.

What AI Does

  • Scores candidates based on skills match (0-100)
  • Ranks applications by relevance to job criteria
  • Flags potential issues (incomplete profiles, missing requirements)
  • Suggests interview questions based on role
  • Generates skill recommendations

What Humans Decide

  • Who gets interviewed
  • Who gets hired
  • Compensation and benefits
  • Application rejections (employer chooses)
  • All employment terms and conditions

Algorithmic Transparency

How Our Matching Algorithm Works

Our smart matching algorithm evaluates candidates and jobs based on weighted factors. Here's the breakdown:

40%

Skills Match

Hard skills, certifications, technical proficiencies

25%

Experience Level

Years of experience, seniority, previous roles

15%

Education

Degrees, institutions, relevant coursework

10%

Location & Remote Preference

Geographic proximity or remote work availability

5%

Industry Fit

Previous industry experience and career trajectory

5%

Availability & Timeline

Start date availability, commitment level

Note: Employers can adjust these weights in their job postings. For example, an entry-level role may reduce "Experience Level" to 10% and increase "Education" to 30%.

In compliance with anti-discrimination laws (EEOC, GDPR, CCPA), the following factors are never used in our algorithms:

Sexual orientation
Religion or creed
Marital or family status
Disability or medical conditions

  • Red-team adversarial testing for discrimination
  • Independent third-party AI audit (annual)

Ongoing Monitoring

  • Weekly demographic parity reports
  • Alert system for outcome disparities >10%
  • User feedback integration (bias reporting)
  • Model retraining with fairness constraints

Report Suspected Bias

If you believe our AI system produced a biased or discriminatory outcome, please report it:
