You have CCPA rights if you are:

  • A California resident (living in California for purposes other than temporary or transitory)
  • Using DAKDAN Talent services from California
  • Regardless of citizenship or immigration status

Request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.

You can request:

  • • Business or commercial purposes for collection
  • • Categories of third parties with whom we share
  • • Specific pieces of personal information collected
  • • Categories of personal information sold or shared

  • • Racial/ethnic origin (optional, for diversity initiatives)

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make CCPA requests on your behalf. The authorized agent must:

  1. 1. Provide written authorization signed by you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf
  2. 2. Verify their own identity with us
  3. 3. (For registered agents) Be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California

Note: We may require you to directly verify your identity or confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
