Who Has CCPA Rights?
You have CCPA rights if you are:
- A California resident (living in California for purposes other than temporary or transitory)
- Using DAKDAN Talent services from California
- Regardless of citizenship or immigration status

Right to Know
Request disclosure of the personal information we collect, use, disclose, and sell about you.
You can request:
- • Categories of personal information collected
- • Categories of sources
- • Business or commercial purposes for collection
- • Categories of third parties with whom we share
- • Specific pieces of personal information collected
- • Categories of personal information sold or shared
Right to Delete
Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
Exceptions (we may retain data to):
- • Complete transactions or provide requested services
- • Detect and prevent fraud or security incidents
- • Debug and repair errors
- • Comply with legal obligations
- • Exercise free speech or ensure others' rights
- • Engage in research (if you provided informed consent)
Right to Correct
Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you (CPRA enhancement, effective 2023).
Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing
Direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information with third parties.

DAKDAN Talent does not sell personal information as defined by CCPA. We do not exchange your data for monetary or other valuable consideration.
Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information
Request that we limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information (CPRA).
Sensitive information we may collect:
- • Government-issued IDs (for verification)
- • Precise geolocation (if you enable location services)
- • Account credentials (passwords, encrypted)
- • Racial/ethnic origin (optional, for diversity initiatives)
- • Health information (for disability accommodations, if requested)
Right to Non-Discrimination
You have the right to exercise your CCPA rights without discrimination. We will not:
- • Deny goods or services to you
- • Charge different prices or rates
- • Provide a different level or quality of service
- • Suggest you will receive different pricing or quality

Authorized Agents
You may designate an authorized agent to make CCPA requests on your behalf. The authorized agent must:
- 1. Provide written authorization signed by you authorizing the agent to act on your behalf
- 2. Verify their own identity with us
- 3. (For registered agents) Be registered with the California Secretary of State to conduct business in California
Note: We may require you to directly verify your identity or confirm that you provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request.
