How do I know if my request qualifies?
All data subjects have rights under applicable privacy laws. Your rights depend on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR for EU/UK, CCPA for California). We honor requests from all jurisdictions to the greatest extent possible.
How long does the verification process take?
Identity verification typically takes 1-3 business days. We send a verification email immediately, and once you confirm, we begin processing your request.
What if I don't have an account?
You can still submit a request if you previously had an account or if we collected your data through other means (e.g., job applications, partner networks). Provide as much detail as possible to help us locate your data.
Can I expedite my request?
We process all requests as quickly as possible. Urgent requests (e.g., security concerns) can be flagged by emailing dpo@dakdantalent.com directly with "URGENT" in the subject line.
What if you deny my request?
If we deny or partially fulfill your request, we'll explain why and provide information on how to appeal or lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g., ICO for UK, CNIL for France, CPPA for California).
Is there a fee for data requests?
No. The first copy of your data is free. Additional copies or manifestly unfounded/excessive requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee (we'll notify you in advance).
