What is NIL?
Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) refers to a student-athlete's right to profit from their personal brand, including their name, image, and likeness, through endorsements, sponsorships, social media, and other commercial activities.

NIL Deal Approval Workflow
All NIL deals entered into our platform go through a 4-step compliance review:
Student-Athlete Submits Deal
Athlete enters deal details, uploads contract, provides sponsor information
School Compliance Review
University compliance office reviews for conflicts with existing sponsorships
Athletic Department Approval
Athletic director or designee approves deal for NCAA compliance
Activation & Monitoring
Deal activated, deliverables tracked, reporting to NCAA/state authorities as required
State-Specific NIL Laws
We comply with NIL laws in all 50 states. Key state-specific requirements:

| Georgia | School review required; no deals with prohibited categories (HB 617) |

Prohibited NIL Activities
Per NCAA Interim Policy and State Laws, NIL Deals CANNOT:
- • Be used as recruiting inducements (pay-for-play)
- • Conflict with school or conference sponsorship agreements
- • Involve prohibited categories (gambling, adult entertainment, cannabis, alcohol/tobacco for underage athletes)
- • Use school logos, trademarks, or uniforms without permission
- • Require performance-based compensation tied to athletic results
- • Violate amateur status under international Olympic rules (for Olympic sports)
Who We Share NIL Data With
Educational Institutions
Your university's athletic department, compliance office, and designated NIL administrators have access to your NIL deal information for compliance oversight.
Regulatory Authorities
When required by law, we may report NIL activities to the NCAA, state athletic commissions, or tax authorities (for earnings reporting).
Sponsors & Brands
Deal sponsors have access only to information relevant to their specific partnership (performance metrics, deliverable completion, contact information).
