How long does it take to process a data request?
We respond to data requests within 30 days for most jurisdictions (45 days in California). Complex requests may take up to 90 days with notification of the extension.
Is there a fee for data requests?
No. We provide the first copy of your data free of charge. Additional copies or manifestly unfounded/excessive requests may incur a reasonable administrative fee.
Can I authorize someone to make a request on my behalf?
Yes. Authorized agents can submit requests with written authorization. California residents may also use registered authorized agents.
What format will my data export be in?
Data exports are provided in machine-readable JSON or CSV format for easy portability. You can also request specific formats.
Can I delete my account and all data?
Yes. Account deletion requests permanently remove your data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements (e.g., tax records, employment law).
How do I opt-out of the "sale" of my data?
We do not "sell" personal data as defined by CCPA. However, you can opt-out of cross-context behavioral advertising via cookie settings or clicking "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the footer.
